Hmm maybe a bit rushed for it

Ok, was looking at a bunch of HOT BEARS, so figured I would try my hand at doing someone a bit bigger. He was suppose to be leaning against the wall, but it just ended up looking lop sided. All in all I was actually quite happy with my first endeavor into the woods.....LOL.

I'm just putting this up in case anyone is wondering about the types of things I drew when I was younger. Yes, I have kept some of my MUCH older work.....LOL

So, this is where we start.

I've created this blog to attempt a push to improve my drawings. For those who see this, you are welcome to comment, but please don't judge. These are not tracings. I lack an original imagination, but I can reproduce and add to someone else's drawing. I try to begin my own drawings, but they always turn out looking horrible.

So, not sure where to go with this one. Took it a little further and this is what I have.

Just can't seem to do heads in the right proportion or angle. Even looking that the original I just cant do it.



Still working on the head. Set some definition and some ideas.

OK, I think I need to stop on this one. Any further and who knows what I'll end up doing. So, here it is the final first sketch.
